ST. DOMINIC SAVIO - "DEATH RATHER THAN SIN"

BORIVLI-MUMBAI, MAY 07, 2013:  We summer club children and parishioners of St. John Bosco Parish, Borivli celebrated the feast of St. Dominic Savio with great devotion.

The feast mass in the morning was celebrated by Fr. Baptist and cakes were distributed to all the parishioners. The festive mass was celebrated by Fr. Rector in the evening along with summer club children who animated the mass more meaningfully.

Before the festive mass the children had Savio Quiz and Lightening Tournament which put them in the mood of celebration. After the festive mass the children were gathered together in the multipurpose hall to have snacks and spot prizes. Cake was once again distributed to all the parishioners who attended the evening mas.

The Parish Priest Fr. Aloysius Furtado and the Rector of the institution Fr. William Falcao, in the presence of some of the parents and parishioners distributed snacks to all and lots of prizes in honour of St. Dominic Savio.

Indeed it was a prayerful and wonderful celebration.
